New version 1.18 bugs

Hi,

I am the one who begged you to fix the other bug: "Allow users to define where cfg and cfg_global go".

It seems like the bug is back.

Now with version 1.18, when the application starts it does not look in current folder for stc_path.cfg in order to find the "cfg" and "cfg_global"... I thought this was fixed in version 1.17. Therefore, the app will always create config files and folders in home directory. Even after reconfiguration, STC will still create config files in home dir.

Could you please search for this/these file(s) - first - in the directory where the JAR file/application is located?
